COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Johnson Controls VS5D6403B-MEM00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ixys parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Agastat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the ZFXC15 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VWO14014IO1 manufactured by Ixys and we are pleased to be able to service most Ixys systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2412PDM by Manufacturer Agastat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 1746IB16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Brisk-Heat such as CENTOPI2 equipment made by Brisk-Heat have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Brisk-Heat products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Brisk-Heat" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1746NO4I made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular ZD18H215E original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TYPAVF93974201 by Cis-Amrein-Ag and CENTOPI2 spares by Brisk-Heat are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VT130H7U4220B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba. |
